Fixnerds operates as an independent repair service provider and has no affiliation with any manufacturer.

1. Privacy & Marketing

  • Customer personal information (name, email, contact number) may be collected.
  • Fixnerds may use customer images for marketing on social media, but customers can request removal.
  • Customers may receive notifications about new services and promotions, with the option to unsubscribe anytime.

 

2. Payment & Charges

  • All payments are non-refundable unless authorized in writing.
  • Fixnerds may adjust service charges or introduce new fees based on market conditions.

 

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Backing up data is the customer’s responsibility before seeking service.
  • Fixnerds is not liable for data loss or service delays beyond its control.
  • Fixnerds and its partners reserve the right to refuse service if technical limitations exist or requirements are unrealistic.

 

4. Service & Warranty

  • Services are offered with durations ranging from 3 months to 1 year.
  • Customers must confirm all service details when booking.
  • Fixnerds provides a warranty on repaired parts but does not cover:
    Mishandling (bending, cracking, twisting, etc.).
  • Water damage or accidental drops.
    Repairs attempted by the customer.
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair.
  • Additional damage not linked to the original repair.
  • Data loss due to repair—customers must back up all files beforehand.
  • Pre-existing conditions affecting repair results, such as frame damage or tempered devices.

 

5. Indemnifications

  • Customers agree to protect Fixnerds from any claims, losses, or damages arising due to:
    Breach of agreement.
  • Violation of copyrights, patents, or trade secrets.
  • Failure to pay service charges.
    Non-compliance with applicable laws.
  • Actions taken by customers or their employees.

 

6. Service Termination

  • Either Fixnerds or the customer can terminate the service with written notice.
  • Once terminated, the customer cannot use Fixnerds’ services anymore.
